All products are subject to availability.
Please allow up to 14 working days delivery from receipt of order, however, most orders are delivered within 5 working days from the date the order was placed.
As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the carrier shall start an investigation. Every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found, the carrier will reimburse Weymouth Cider Company Ltd, who will deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge.
We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including for the loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.
Weymouth Cider Company Ltd must be notified immediately of any breakages, shortfalls or missing deliveries.
Cancellations must be notified within 48 hours and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Errors and omissions excepted.
All collections are made from The Market House, 37 Maiden Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8AZ. Collection times are limited to the opening hours of the premises, which are currently:
Tuesday & Wednesday: 16:00-22:00
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 12:00-23:00
By Using a specialist delivery service and packaging in thick boxes, we have tried o ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen, similarly good may occasionally be faulty.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we should be notified within 3 working days and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days. We are happy to arrange collection by our courier at no extra cost to you, if goods are damaged or faulty. If returning items that are not damaged or faulty, a collection fee will apply, this will be the current delivery fee being charged on orders at the time. A credit for the goods will be made within 28 days, or replacements dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of these goods.
